How much money will you save me?

​

Each persons bills and usage are different and unique. We can give you a good idea of how much money we can save you based on our customers average savings. We typically aim for 50% off on most bills and only settle for the very best deal available during negotiations.

 

We may save you anywhere from £15 per month up to £100 per month on just one bill! 

​

Even a saving of just £15 per month on one bill still adds up to £180 a year in savings, and if we save you £100 per month, that's £1200 per year!

What do I have to do?

​

Not a lot as we do all the hard work, and provide you with hassle-free savings!

​

Just fill in the form on our website, give us a few details regarding your bill, and we'll take it from there! If you prefer, you can call us on the phone.

​

Our Savings Experts will call your providers on your behalf and negotiate lower rates and savings on your monthly bills.

​

It only takes a few minutes to get started, and then it's our turn to get to work on reducing your bills.

​

For security purposes, some providers won't let us negotiate you savings or discounts on your bills without you authorising us to do so. We can still get you great savings, but for these bills we will need you to authorise us via email and give us a few more details before we can start negotiating.

How much does it cost?

​

To make sure you get the very best deal possible, we work for you, not your service providers.

​

We are so confident in our ability to save you money that we only charge you if we save you money. If we don't save you money, there is no charge to you, whatsoever, as part of our NO RISK SERVICE with guaranteed savings.

​

We keep our costs to you for our negotiation fee simple, low, and affordable to everyone, to maximise your savings from our service.

 

In order to cover our time and costs we charge a small fee for our negotiation service, set as a fixed percentage of any savings we get you. 

​

We split any savings we get you for the first 18 months, 80/20 in your favour. This means you get 80% of the savings, and we get 20% of the savings as our fee. 

 

So if we save you £20 per month, for the first 18 months of your savings, you would get £16 per month and we would get £4 per month to cover our time and costs.

 

If you continue to receive savings after the first 18 months all the savings will be yours, and we will no longer take our 20% fee.

 

We also offer an additional 10% discount off our fees for customers who wish to pay our fees in full on their first invoice, rather than paying monthly.

Will I have to change features, remove services, or switch providers?

​

No! Absolutely not! We negotiate you savings without changing your service features at all. We will only add your discounts, credits and savings.

Is my personal information safe with Help Your Bills?

​

Yes! Absolutely safe! We treat your personal information as if it were our own.

 

Our website and your information is encrypted, so we make sure your information is always protected.

 

We are registered members of the Information Commissioners Office for data protection and privacy, and follow strict guidelines to keep your information safe and secure.

We do not share, rent, or sell your personal information. For more information, read our privacy policy.

How do I get my bills to you?

​

In most cases it is not essential for you to send us your bill, and we will be able to get you savings if you just fill out your details on our website.

 

If you are happy to send your bill in, it is easy to send your bill through to us if you are visiting our website using your mobile phone. Just click the mobile phone add files button, take a photo of your bill with your phone, and select "use photo" then click "upload" and submit the form to us.

If you are using a computer or laptop to visit our website, you can also just select the relevant file from your PC using our "contact us" form.

If you prefer, you can also call us using our freephone customer service hotline, send us an email, or write to us, using our contact details that can be found at the bottom of every page on our website.
