Your Savings

b) If you do not notify Help Your Bills within 30 days, it is assumed the savings appear as discussed and you will owe any applicable fees.

How We Calculate Your Savings

We calculate your savings based on your current rate at the time of negotiation. When we negotiate, we confirm the current price you are paying for your service with your provider. The price of your bill may have changed since the statement you sent us before negotiating, due to a rate increase or expired discounts that dropped off your bill.

For example, you send us your bill or statement from the previous month showing your rate is £45. When we call to negotiate, your provider says that your bill is now £95 because a discount expired or your rate increased. We base our savings calculations on the current price you are paying at the time of negotiation, which would be £95.

Re-negotiations: When we re-negotiate, we also calculate your savings based on your new, current rates.

For example, we negotiated your bill down to £45 per month a few years ago, and now your rate is increasing to £110. When we renegotiate, we will base your savings off the new price you are paying, which is £110.

Chargebacks & Complaints

If you are unsatisfied with Help Your Bills services for any reason, you must contact Help Your Bills by email and allow us to rectify the situation before attempting a chargeback or making a complaint about the company. You will be responsible to pay Help Your Bills any fees incurred by Help Your Bills because of a chargeback you have made.
